What causes Fibromyalgia?

Some experts are saying that Fibromyalgia is caused by a chemical imbalance in your brain. One of these experts is Dr. Thomas Pelham. This theory was put forward after he performed brain scans on patients that had Fibromyalgia and discovered that their brains showed different chemical reactions to certain stimuli. Another main theory is that the chemicals in our bodies have been altered by stress. This is one of the possible causes of this neurological disease. Some studies have even shown that there is a specific chemical in our bodies that is responsible for whether we have Fibromyalgia or not. This chemical is called Endorphins. Some studies have shown that when you go through extreme stress you are able to increase the amounts of Endorphins in your body. However, when you are suffering from Fibromyalgia, you are not going through any extreme stress. This means that the chemicals that cause the disease cannot increase and stay the same.

Another theory is that when we are stressed out, we have to have a lot of chemicals in our body in order to get the Endorphins we need. When this happens, the chemicals that cause Fibromyalgia cannot be produced because we don't have them in our bodies. The stress that causes this chemical imbalance to occur is when we are surrounded by people who are constantly angry at us or have negative opinions about us. This could also be caused by a person who is depressed or sad all the time. There are many other things that can cause the Endorphins in our body to be low. One thing that can cause this disease is a tumor in the neck. If this is the case for you, then you should try to treat it by getting rid of this tumor. Dr. Pelham has performed brain scans on patients with Fibromyalgia and found that they had brain activity that was different from that of non-sufferers. The brain activity did not react to anything at all when the sufferers were exposed to stressful situations. This means that if you want to help yourself from this disease you need to learn how to cope with things differently.

Stress is also one of the main reasons why many people have this disease. For example, if you are constantly stressed out about the problems you are having with your job and family, then you can expect that you will have a hard time managing your life, especially if you have Fibromyalgia. Stress is a big part of our lives and if we are able to control the amount of stress we are subjected to we can often manage the disease. Many people suffer from stress and have no idea what they need to do to stop.
